 Hello Delegates,

Welcome to the first ever Battlefield High School Model U.N. conference! My name is Phineas Nelson and I'm proud to be chairing DISEC. Currently, I am a Junior at BHS and this is my first ever time chairing a committee. And as such, there will most likely be a few minor inconveniences along the way, but nothing we can't handle. However, I still look forward to observing the complex debate and creative solutions that pertain to a highly contentious geopolitical issue.
